The Audio Lab is where we fix the frustrating parts of your workflow. We identify the bottlenecks in existing music production gear and build straightforward, dedicated utility apps that let you get back to actually making music. The Grid family of tools is designed for use with Novation Circuit Tracks and Circuit Rhythm grooveboxes.
The ultimate desktop utility for groovebox creators. Master Compactor combines both the Synth and Beat compactor engines into a single desktop application designed for use with Novation Circuit Tracks and Circuit Rhythm packs. It automatically detects, audits, and cleans up your project packs by scanning your project sessions, identifying exactly which samples and patches are active, and stripping out everything else. Keep your packs neat and optimise your workflow in seconds.
A zero headache way to manage your sample packs. The Beat Compactor is designed for use with the Novation Circuit Rhythm. It scans your pack, figures out exactly which samples you are actually using in your projects across all 8 tracks, and safely clears out the dead weight. It frees up pack space and instantly organises your workflow, all without breaking a single pattern or sequence.
A zero headache way to manage your synth packs. The Synth Compactor is designed for use with the Novation Circuit Tracks. It scans your pack, figures out exactly which samples and patches you are actually using in your songs, and safely clears out the dead weight. It frees up pack space and instantly organises your workflow, all without breaking a single pattern or sequence.
Leave your hardware in your bag. The Pocket Composer is a complete pocket workstation designed for use with Novation Circuit Tracks and Circuit Rhythm project files. Open your sessions, inspect every project, pattern and scene, build pattern chains and arrangements, and play everything back directly on your phone or computer without the gear plugged in. Featuring a full generative drum engine, a polyphonic synth engine, an arpeggiator, pattern automation, scene chaining and live FX, the Grid comes with you.
(Launching soon for Android and Windows, with macOS and iOS to follow).
Designed with the intuitive feel of a twin channel DJ mixer, the Splicer lets you open two different packs side by side. Easily copy, paste, delete, and preview individual patterns or entire projects between them.
